New look for a well known Aussie
After 30 years of operation throughout Australia, bathtub refurbishment company Inner Bath Australia has a brand new logo.
According to Inner Bath Managing Director Andrew Lawson, “the new logo better reflects the two core products that we offer, which are our moulded acrylic bathtubs and shower tray inserts”.
The new logo hasn’t ventured too far from the original design, which was developed in the early 1980s by the company’s founder Ron Collier.
“We’ve simply modernised the logo and added an extra element,” says Mr Lawson.
The new logo is one of a number of strategies that have been implemented to further enhance the company’s brand recognition and general product awareness within the community.
“After all these years we’ve decided to give ourselves an upgrade.”
Other strategies include a totally new website which is currently being revised; the introduction of an online enquiry system; a new online marketing campaign focused on Google Adwords, and the expanding use of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and blogs.
Mr Lawson highlights that the changes are being made to make it easier for customers to connect with Inner Bath representatives following previous successes.
“One of the biggest things we’ve done is introduce our 1300 BATH TUB (1300 2284 882) phone number which connects customers to our National Customer Service Centre,”
“Their call can then be immediately connected through to the relevant Inner Bath representative in their area.”
Inner Bath will look to expand its presence throughout Australia with dedicated representatives.
“We really want to consolidate all the improvements we have made in recent times and ensure we are delivering the best possible service to our customers,”
“We will engage in an aggressive expansion campaign to increase the number of Inner Bath representatives we have in all capital cities, major towns and regional areas.”
